Returns and Refunds

We want you to be fully satisfied with your El Camino kits.
Right of withdrawal (14 days): You have the right to withdraw from the purchase within 14 days from the date of receipt of the goods, without having to provide any reason, as required by the Consumer Code.
How to make a return:
- Write to us at [contact email] within 14 days of delivery, indicating the order number.
- We will provide you with return instructions.
- Return the products intact, unused and in their original packaging.
Conditions: For hygienic reasons, foot care products must be returned intact, sealed and unused. Opened or used products cannot be accepted, unless the product is defective.
Refunds: Once the return has been received and verified, the refund will be made within 14 days using the same payment method used for the purchase. Return shipping costs are at the customer's expense, unless the product is defective or our error.
Defective products: If you receive a defective or incorrect product, contact us immediately at [email]: we will arrange for replacement or full refund, including shipping costs.
